yap session about what I think a lot of people need to realize

Something I've noticed a lot about people is the fact that they think they're stuck or that no one is "worse" than them, but that's just not true. As humans, it's our job to grow, learn, and develop far beyond our comfort zones. A lot of people, especially younger individuals think that they're terrible, They're so stuck in the head space that they're "bad people" and don't deserve love, when they really just don't understand the gravity of being a person.

We're a bunch of atoms in a bunch of cells in a lot of tissue in a bunch of organs to form ourselves physically. Our brains are made up of chemicals and our words are just sounds that resonate from our voices boxes. In no capacity do you have a right to call yourself a bad person when we all live on a rock. Sure, some things can be morally wrong and incredibly hurtful and hateful - but what gets me caught up is when a teenager, from the age of 13-17 is so so so convinced they are terrible and beyond fixing. As humans we never stop learning new things, none of us are "stuck in our ways" and you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.

You are quite literally your own biggest hater. Every single person that you see, every actor, singer, athlete, model, or just pretty people on the street...they all HATE parts of themselves, some of them hating every piece of themselves even though they may be the prettiest person you ever saw. You may never know how others truly perceive you, because you will never be them. There is no sense in being so hard on yourself because when you truly think about it, what you should focus on is not obsessing over how others see you, but showing yourself love, being able to grow, and being happy with yourself and others.
