Hi guys! So this is just a little thought I’ve had for a while and I just feel like shitting on social media.
Soo. I hate a lot of things. I could probably make a long list. But damn what the hell does content mean. WHAT IS IT WITH THIS WORD?? When and why did we all collectively agree to use it??
It degrades any form of self expression and attempt at art so hard. Because art will always be content but content will also be ballerina cappuccina and that influencer trying to sell you that product they totally use every day.
And I hate when people genuinely express themselves just to call it content. U are downgrading yourself. Stop it.
Anyway, have a nice week and don’t forget to spend time doing things u love.

Not only artists end up falling into the "content" hole, a friend told me a while ago that she needs to start posting more content, mind you, she's not an influencer, just a regular person, I was confused

righttt, because "content creator" is the most bland, corporate, and un-descriptive term out there. and it's crazy because i know you put your heart in that? names are important, you made more than "content."
