people shit on communism a lot, but they don't realise the right also does it, just worse...
- hate gulags? have forced labor camps, deportation to El Salvador where you get starved and horribly mistreated, and maybe (formerly) concentration camps if you really feel like it.
- corruption is such a "communist" thing, but mostly because capitalism calls it "lobbying" instead like a fun game of monopoly but it involves thousands of people's job security.
- "communist food shortages" you say? no worries, our food prices are rising like crazy while our pay stagnates - what's even better: we aren't even being attacked or sanctioned by over half of the world over our ideology and we're living in the modern world! yep, we're just fucking it up by ourselves to feed daddy Elon instead.
- heard there's no democracy to vote for capitalism under socialism. anyway next elections you can vote for either the capitalist party or the far-right party --- enjoy your "democracy"!
- the USSR fell apart means communism doesn't work, but the hundreds of dead, fallen and broken capitalist countries don't count --- else it doesn't follow my delusions!
communism isn't perfect, but capitalism isn't any better and the arguments against communism are shit in quality

Is believing that a system is perfect a bit, I don't know, childish?/n
Communism works in theory; capitalism also works in theory. What works in practice is, as always, trying things out, not clinging to ideals. Using theory to move towards a favorable outcome and then adjusting from there. But of course, a realistic theory, not the 'economic agents are rational' or 'people achieve fulfillment through their work.' The fact is, a realistic theory is often complicated, and people tend to dislike or overlook what is complex.
Can't really tell from which side you're saying this, but just to make it clear, I never stated any system is perfect, in fact I stated the opposite.

I say it from my side. You make it very clear at the end of this blog that you don't believe any system is perfect. I was arguing in favor of what you said, just adding a little of my perspective.
