(Ponyville Ciderfest 2025 🍎🐴)

Hello everypony everyone! This is a blog post about the recent Ponyville Ciderfest event down in Milwaukee and my experience there, it was very fun and had lots of nice people there. (P.S: If y’all spotted a Flufflepuff cosplayer that MIGHT’VE been me *wink wink*)

The convention had multiple special guests, such as Andrew Francis, VA of Shining Armor, Ingrid Nilson, VA of Maud Pie, Jenna Warren, VA of Sunny Starscout, Kyle Rideout, voice of King Thorax, and many, many more talented people in Mlp itself along with community members!

The first day was honestly a blast, AND HERES SOME PICTURES TO PROVE IT (with some Fluttershys as censors for any possible private information and any people in the background.)

There was also a ‘Finish the Lyric’ event, very fun! I didn’t really participate, mostly just sat down, but I did sing along! They even played ‘Sweetie’s Big Race’, fire song! Make sure to check that out. Sadly I do not have any pictures of it :( OH, not to mention that there was a satire court case event called ‘pony court’ and I kid you not, I KID you not, there was a court case that was basically Tenna from Deltarune vs Trixie, with Saberspark (yes, the actual guy, the CARTOON GUY) as one of the defense LMAOOOOOO. They’ve also had a free all-age cider lounge on floor 17, they had really good cider and popcorn, there was a group of people doing AMAZING SpongeBob impressions.

And for the main event for Friday… the Grand Galloping Gala! Came with the Spike pass (that me and [UNNAMED FAMILY MEMBER] got). Was sooooooooooo much fun! You sorta had to dress all formal and such, and there was live music, such as a band playing jazz covers of various Mlp songs, along with a few fan songs! The food line was long as HECK tho xDDD They served mini sandwiches, various types of cake, lemonade, tea, it was all sorts of awesome. Oh, and at the line, yeah? THEY PLAYED THE GALA SONG (aka the best night ever) AND THE SMILE HD SONG OHMAGAH. I was lowk breaking it down in the line tho, lol.

Oh, there was also a sketchbook that was on a podium of some sorts where anyone could just draw in it, at the end of the gala I did a little sketch in it of Wormi and Batty (my two ocs), check it out!

So ya, that’s just day one!

For day two there was a ‘You laugh you lose’ panel that was live on twitch from Yourpaltina (Here’s the stream if y’all are interested), where you were able to send memes or other funny videos, and if the host laughed they would have to drink a spoonful of hot sauce. Loved the people there, we laughed a lot. I’ve also had inserted one of my shitposts in there that I have animated (idk if that’s self-promotion, Srry if it is :(), so technically…. That was my first public screening of any of my animations..? Best part was that everyone loved it, still, amazing people, love the bronies.

Wasn’t much more, bought a shit ton of Flufflepuff merch. BUT there was also a gaming room, place had LOADS of games and such, they had a NES, a Switch 2, a Wii, a Nintendo 64, the GameCube, HOLLOW NIGHT SILKSONG???? (Yeah I’m not kidding). I played Undertale on it :3

And as for day 3? Idk, I just didn’t do much that day, went to a pony madlibs event, pretty fun. BUT HERES QUITE THE STORY I GOTTA TELL YOU, there was this event, right? It was called “the pony is right” basically The Price is Right but with, you know, pony merch. You had to guess the price for pony merch when they originally came out, RIGHT? I won one round, and then I was going to spin the wheel (well, really just roll a 20-sided dice) to see who would go into the final rounds, one dude rolled 16, another dude rolled 19, so the only way I would make it is if I rolled a perfect 20…. And guess what? HOLY SHIT I DID??? People went wild. So, after a bit it was the final round, where you had to guess the price for a handful of merch at it’s original price… AND I WAS ONLY 4 BUCKS OFF AND THEY GAVE ME THE PRIZE????? HOLY FUCKING SHIT EVERYONE WENT CRAZY, and of course, I had no idea that I was going to actually win but I did???? Here’s the stuff I won holy shit y’all are amazing.
