Religion is humaities biggest cope.

Why i think religion is cope:

if i had  to summerise it quickly:

personally i believe that every (old/major) religion was made as a coping mechanism for early humans to not have to bare the fact that we have no real purpose in life except creating offspring. this fact alone is very crushing, and i understand that that is not something most wouldeve wanted to live with. so religion rose as a way to comfort our burdonded minds, and to give us drive.

that is cope.

More in depth and my reasoning:

this is quite the rant, and my spelling can be quite awful at times. so i urge you to take this all with a grain of salt. 

i belive my main issue with beliefs is that half of them are straight up cults. no one seems to really talk about this, but if you are born into a family of believers its expected of you to believe. that seems wrong in my eyes, especially if were talking young children (like 1-5). they should find their own way, and if in their teens they want to seek "god" then they should, but not before that. schools dont help either (see my pref blog), as they push their own agenda. schools should be forever unsided, and thats undebateable.

another issue wich seems to bother me is the fact that most (especially christianity) beliefs dont follow any kind of logic for existing in the first place. what i mean by this is "why did god create the universe, just to make us suffer ?". theres plenty of logical fallicies within the bible, and all of them get explained away with "god is above human logic'. that is stupid and you know it. we where supposedly created in his immage but not blessed with his knowlege ? thats simply hypocritic.

my final main problem boils down to some people, those whom force their beliefs onto others. if i have to explain why this is bad then you are the problem. 

in conclusion, i find it increddibly stupid that people decide to devote their entire life to a cause 4000 years old. now i wont say they cant, i dont care what others do with their life if it doesnt affect me. so do as you wish.
