Yugioh duel monsters

Are there still people who are currently into ydm/yugioh season 0? 

I'd actually really like getting mutuals interested in it/talking about it

It's such an old fandom, probably one of my first ever, and I got re-obsessed with it this March, and I've been drawing stuff from it ever since (mostly Jou and Kaibas)

People don't talk about how much designs from this series slap - also me realizing that my fashion sense unintentionally got inspired by it (⊙x⊙;) my 5 year old brain really said: mom mom I want my ears pierced so I can wear earrings and be pretty like Duke Devlin - so many great outfits in the series, even in later installations like gx an 5ds

Design wise, all the silhouettes are super recognizable, colours are nice and I would bet on the fact that the author surely got inspired by fashion magazines for the outfits that characters wear while not in uniform

Takahashi's style inspires me so much: shading, way he does shape language, monster desgin,  general lineart HIS FINISHED PIECES FROM THE ART BOOK?!?!!? They're all super cool; His earlier art for yugioh was more detailed and spookier (while the manga was still supposed to be in the horror genre) but his later style is super iconic, so I could never choose one over the other

PS: I have also realized that I subconsciously designed the main love interest for my main oc to look like May Valentine cause she left such a lasting impression on my underbaked brain that, when I was designing 'the hottest girl possible', I just recreated her (also, May has to be a lesbian I am not buying JouxMay propaganda; he is literally 10 years younger than her, a minor, and she clearly does not return his feelings) People used to reduce her to 'boobs' so much back in the day, which is really sad - I will not let that slide (╬▔皿▔)╯ She's cool and smart, the only problem is that she isn't the main character so she is cursed to always lose in important duels
