any tips on lineart???

sooo im working on a drawing (digitally in microsoft paint) and im having trouble with lineart :P i use one of those wacom graphic tablets i got as a gift and i already know how to use it. in general, the lineart is pretty crappy with shaky, uneven lines that go anywhere but where i want to and im not sure what to do atp and i would love to get any tips :33
