updated my desktop tonight bc i was bored. i nuked 90% of my configs. i'm trying to go for a minimalist approach without dedicating myself to a proper windows manager setup bc im too lazy to install and config one lmao. maybe one day or when i get a new system
here's my first workspace, i use it for my todo list/calendar (calcurse), music player (musikcube), and system monitor (bashtop)--all ran thru the terminal
here's another workspace i use for writing/coding/webdev stuff
and a look at my empty desktop. i'd been using the same background for like 3 years lol and fancied a change. pulled this from gruvbox-wallpapers.pages.dev/
i plan on making a proper blog post about it soon maybe. until then this is it lol.

it certainly doesn't come natural to a lot of ppl! i also struggled when i first started. i ended up having to reinstall my whole distro like 3 times cuz i kept screwing stuff up LMAO
it took me maybe a solid year before i really felt comfy on linux
