Autoplay

Ok so I'm a mobile ios user and i use the website, everytime i use the autoplay link they never play for me or my friends and its starting to really piss me off(not at the ppl who made spacehey just the software)and I'm wondering if anyone has had this same experience and knows how to fix it.
