Sorry to be another one but like, this reminds me of something lol
I'm a gay Christian and I dress alternatively. Contacts, dark makeup (when I'm not lazy) and lots of black and metal. I haven't been to a church in over a year after being treated like a satan worshiper at the last on I attended for a while so people keep recommending me this one particular church that I do NOT trust.
At my first job, back when I was ironically still going to church, people from the exact church I keep getting told to try out would show up there a lot. I mostly worked in the shoe department, sometimes at the register. Tell me why I rarely found their pamphlets ANYWHERE OTHER THAN MY SECTION?? AND THEY LITERED MY SECTION WITH THEIR CHURCH PAMPHLETS ALL THE TIME.
Then one of their people showed up at my register, handed me one and SPED OFF BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING. The way some Christians target people they thing they can "save" just based off how they look icks me out SO BAD. And like what, was she afraid of a small 5'0 woman? It's just sad.
They really saw the fruity looking gothic girl and said "I bet I'll get brownie points with God if I fix her"
