interactive bookshelf! customisable! read now!!

this bookshelf can be totally customised by inserting your own images and changing the height/width of the object, therefore you could change it to a vhs shelf, vinyl, cd, whatever you want. the background is also customisable if the woodgrain isn't to your liking.

the difficult part is finding cover art for your chosen media, as far as i know there is no public record of media cover art. save your chosen image from wherever, resize it to the correct pixel size (default spine:32x176px, cover:128x176px), i used this site:

adobe also has an effective resizer, it is important to turn off 'lock aspect ratio' and 'background fill'

then upload it to an image hosting site, there are plenty that are free, don't require an account, and are compatible with spacehey, this blog,
