work :((

my mom really wants me to get a job and my drivers permit really bad. And honestly, i do 2!! but heres the thing: school. 

When it comes to school i try, i try really hard actually. I understand math for the first time in years which is a big deal for me but im still so confused. Classes are really hard and im failling like 3 classes! :( I want to get a job so i can make more money so i can stop relying on my parents and frens, and enjoy my life a lot more!! but its really hard especially bc i live in a small town full of jobs that dont wanna hire minors. (im 6teen:() 

and not to mention the period of time when i constantly applied to work places over and over, and i would almost never get a reply. and the rare times i did, i would get a no!! i even applied at this bbq place in town and they said no, but my friend applied there just 2 weeks after me (with no job experience as well) and she got a job!! i got so upset not with her but of myself, wut am i doing wrong?? i even applied at this cute restaurant that HAD A SIGN "WE'RE HIRING" AND I APPLIED. THEY NEVER CALLED ME OR MESSAGES ME, AND THEN TOOK THE SIGN DOWN. UGHH.

ima try to apply at the record shop in town me and my frens always go to. i really wanna work with frens, it would mke things sm easier. :(
