There seem to be a lot of conservatives, anti-leftists, "sigma male anti-woke soldiers" or wtv etc. who have no idea what leftism is and what leftist viewpoints are, so I'll explain it real quick for any of y'all right-wingers on SpaceHey (so if you're a leftist, there isn't really a point in reading all of this lmfao).
I will be referring to all people who follow left-leaning ideologies as leftists; just so you know what definition I'm using.
First you need to realise that leftism is not one political ideology; leftism can range from Stalinism to anarcho-communism --- two completely different things, but technically still "leftist" on paper. This is why "arguments against leftists" is just a wrong thing to say, as talking about something like how leftist ideologies should be established in nations with an anarcho-communist and a social-democrat will get you two completely different answers.
I've genuinely had people call me "pro-Putin" and "anti-democratic" when they found out I was red, so I just want to add that mostΒ (not all but most) leftists are NOT pro-Putin (Russia isn't the RSFSR anymore btw) --- the only time you'll ever see a pro-Putin leftist is in like the DPR or something, and that's if you search your ass off. As for the rest of the pro-Putin "leftists"? --- They're most likely people with a fuck-ton of Soviet nostalgia who see Putin as someone who is going to reform the USSR or smthn. As for the "anti-democratic" part --- this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, asΒ there are so many leftist ideologies that are democratic/support democracy; I don't think I can add much more to that.
And for fuck's sake, not everything leftist is automatically bad; you don't know how many people I've met who hate things like free healthcare and education because it's part of the "woke liberal radical left" or wtv; get it through your head that people can do good things without feeding billionaires and daddy Elon and mommy Trump. most of the things that are called "horrible radical left woke disease" are stuff that FOX News shits out as "woke" because they're a propaganda machine for billionaires. Billionaires and conservative leaders don't care about you, they just want something to keep you running with their ideas (which only profit them and barely you) instead of against them.
anyway, imma just plug my groupΒ rq if you want to see more of these ideas, and I hope you learnt something today, that being leftism =/= bad.

As an American who lives in India, I can confirm that the American healthcare system is a joke. Here in India, medical care isnβt privatized, and I was still able to get my dentistry done without having to deal with expensive medical bills.

in my opinion both right and left have some good and I chose to take whatever I want from both add my own stuff and use that as my political beliefs because both haven a lot of bad stuff and good stuff tbh

Most conservative politicians say that, from Europe to Mr Donald if you listen to them and what they actually say it'd become apparent how much they hate immigrants in general - not just illegal ones. In Europe especially many conservatives are Islamophobic and want all immigrants "sent back to their homeland" even if they were born here but had immigrant parents.

We know what leftism is bro lol, when we say "leftists" we're referring to American democrats/liberals. We don't "hate free healthcare because we think it's woke", we hate it because we know that shit doesn't work and we don't want it in America. I'm chronically ill, I can't be waiting 6+ months to see my doctor because everybody and their cousin wants to get checked out for a hangnail. We've already heard from countless people in countries that do have "free healthcare" about how high their taxes are and how their loved one died because the wait times simply didn't allow them to get treatment in time.
Same thing with commies and anarchists, that shit has never worked, will never work, and we don't want it in America.
But sure, yeah, "fox news propaganda" or whatever.
You're American - I'm from a country with free healthcare and education and I confirm this shit is just not true. Nobody here is waiting 6+ months because people get hangnails checked (I can ask friends, family, poorer people I personally know). The problem with having to pay for health services is that people can't afford it sometimes, which is even worse then having to wait a couple more days. Idc if you personally can afford it, many can't, and THAT is the problem. You're point is made off of a lie.
As for taxes - that's more just being very dramatic. People here can still pay their taxes like tf are you on - it's not like we're all going homeless and living in the slums because we aren't paying hundreds of dollars for basic medical needs. Maybe you should actually come here or at the very least look at our side of the story and check out our media (something you obviously don't do) instead of believing propaganda and misinformation.
America and the EU have comparable homelessness numbers, and that is including the poorest countries in the EU (nations that were attacked and bombed to shit by America).
"Same thing with commies and anarchists, that shit has never worked, will never work, and we don't want it in America." - "Never worked" is just seeing it from one side - sure, if you only look at what America, the enemy of the USSR thinks, then that's true, but if you look at actual statistics for once, you'll see that Soviet citizens had a quality of life comparable or sometimes even better than Americans. This is despite being continuously attacked and sanctioned by America. Socialism """doesn't work""" because America is the problem in almost every situation - just look at Chile, innocent people dying and a bloody coup d'etat just because America didn't like a socialist country existing, and decided to replace is with a horrible authoritarian capitalist leader. Socialism works, maybe even better than capitalism, just like how any system can work if it isn't attacked and excluded by half of the planet for decades.
FOX News is known to be biased and a joke, this shit honestly seems brainwashed, get your mind out of the gutter instead of talking about something you know nothing about besides pure bias and indoctrination.

i mean... im already having to wait 6+ months for an appointment w a specialist where i live. and i'm in a big city. i lack the money to travel out 1-2 hours out for an appointment (w a worse specialist) w less of a wait period. plus paying $400+ a month for insurance i dont use (bcs i cannot get to the appointments) puts me in an even worse situation. but going w/o insurance is risky bcs i may end up in the ER again and then i'll have no way to pay for that. so... waiting 6+ months but not having to pay for it sounds at least SLIGHTLY better 2 me, at least. but i see ur pov fr. (leftist, btw)
