Ingredients:
❆Oranges(8-10)
❆Sugar 400g
❆Cinnamon sticks
❆Lemon (1)
Preperation:
❆Wash the oranges and dry them thoroughly.
❆Zest 3 oranges.
❆Squeeze the juice from all the oranges and the lemon.
❆Combine the orange zest, orange and lemon juice, and sugar and cinnamonSTICKS in a large pot.
❆Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
❆Let the orange syrup cool and infuse overnight.
❆The next morning, strain the syrup through a fine sieve (e.g., a tea strainer) into a pot.
❆Bring the strained orange syrup to a boil again and immediately pour it into clean bottles. Seal the bottles tightly.
❆Done!!❆ Ration should be 1/7 syrup/water but you do you.
