Ingredients:Β 
π–Ή­500g Mushrooms (They get smaller when you cook them, ik that it looks a lot at first)Β 
π–Ή­OnionΒ 
π–Ή­Garlic paste
π–Ή­tomato paste
π–Ή­oil for the pan
π–Ή­red wine
π–Ή­whipped cream/Cashew cream
π–Ή­salt and pepper and whatever spices your heart desiresΒ 

Preperation:Β 
π–Ή­Cut mushrooms (into bitesize pieces unless your mushrooms are already small)Β 
π–Ή­Sate the onions (put into pan with oil)Β 
π–Ή­Add garlic and tomato paste and mix
π–Ή­Add mushrooms and mix ( Coat the mushrooms into the tomato paste)Β 
π–Ή­Let it cook for a few minutes, mix, cook again
π–Ή­Add the wine, mix and let it simmer.
π–Ή­Add the cream of your choice and mixΒ 
π–Ή­let it cook for a few more minutes and serve.Β π–Ή­

You can have this with rice, pasta, as a sauce over meat.Β
