Ingredients:Β
πΉ500g Mushrooms (They get smaller when you cook them, ik that it looks a lot at first)Β
πΉOnionΒ
πΉGarlic paste
πΉtomato paste
πΉoil for the pan
πΉred wine
πΉwhipped cream/Cashew cream
πΉsalt and pepper and whatever spices your heart desiresΒ
Preperation:Β
πΉCut mushrooms (into bitesize pieces unless your mushrooms are already small)Β
πΉSate the onions (put into pan with oil)Β
πΉAdd garlic and tomato paste and mix
πΉAdd mushrooms and mix ( Coat the mushrooms into the tomato paste)Β
πΉLet it cook for a few minutes, mix, cook again
πΉAdd the wine, mix and let it simmer.
πΉAdd the cream of your choice and mixΒ
πΉlet it cook for a few more minutes and serve.Β πΉ
You can have this with rice, pasta, as a sauce over meat.Β πΉβΈ(ο½‘Λ α΅ Λ)βΈβ‘

This sounds good. Do you put it over medium heat? I never made stroganoff before.
Yes medium heat, unless you're impatiant like me then high but keep an eye on the pot at all times
