Limonchello Creme 🍋

Another good dessert for summer. 

Ingredients:

✮ quark (250g) 
✮Optional:Yoghurt (250g) 
✮Qimiq (Idk how to describe this)*
✮Lemon curd (like 3 biiig tea spoons) 
✮Lemon juice (from one fresh lemon)
✮Lemon zest ( from same fresh lemon)
✮OPTIONAL: Sugar (shouldn't be too bitter but also not very sweet) 
✮OPTIONAL: Limonchello(not more than 100ml!)

Mix everything together, put it in small cups or bowls and chill in the fridge until it's solid(not liquid and not rock solid). Decorate if you want to and that's it! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡





*Qimiq is a product that combines whipped cream and gelatin.
The whipped cream makes up the largest proportion, comprising 99% of Qimiq.
Gelatin is present in a relatively small amount, at 1%.
