Is it weird that I can feel pain in my dreams?

I think we all know about that trick to pinch yourself if you think you're dreaming because you shouldn't be able to feel pain in a dream, but like, I can? In my dreams I can feel my body and the things around me pretty vividly. I can feel warmth, cold, wetness, touch, and pain, strong pain. I'm not gonna describe the entire dream cause tbh I don't really understand what the heck was going on, but there was this lady chasing me with a syringe full of poison, I held her wrist at one point to prevent her from stabbing me yeah? I could feel her skin. we were on a sort of rooftop area too, so it was cold and windy, I could feel the warmth difference between her skin and the air. At one point she managed to poke the tip of the syringe into my arm and inject a little bit of the poison before I retracted by arm, I couldn't see very weel because of the position I was in, so how do I know she did that? Cause I felt it. I felt the tip of the needle in my skin, and it hurt, as well as when the poison started taking effect, it caused a big spot on my warm to get swollen and purple, and I could feel everything, my arm getting hot as the skin swelled, and once again, horrible pain. When I wake up, it's all fine, there's nothing exterior that could've caused those sensations. This is something that consistantly happens in my dreams as well, is that a strange thing? Does it mean anything?
