Does Anyone Know this Abandoned Cinema in Manado City in Indonesia?

This abandoned building is a former Dutch cinema in Sarapung Street, North Wenang Sub-district, Wenang District, Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. This is one of two Dutch-era cinemas still in existence in Manado City.

There is very little information I can get about this cinema. This cinema was popular back then and if I'm not mistaken this cinema closed in the late 1990s, so it's probably been almost 30 years as of the time I posted this.

I couldn't get any photos other than this, let alone photos inside the building, because the concrete fence is quite high. It was difficult to climb the fence, especially since I wasn't in the mood to do that at that time.
