What to expect on my page before you add

I've noticed lately some younger users adding me, or ones that don't have their age listed on their profile. Which is fine; I typically don't DM much and at 24 I would frankly have very little to talk about with a 13-year-old (how it should be tbh lol). But I guess I should put a little disclaimer here that a lot of my blogs are about heavy topics, mature content, or politics. I do not put trigger warnings on my posts or my profile. That's not to say that I don't want you to read my blogs, I ain't your daddy lol I can't tell you what to do. But just for your own self I know some people just don't want to see that type of content.

My blogs typically revolve around news, mysteries, true crime, what some would consider conspiracy theories, and general things that make you go "hmm....." I also do not shy away from talking about politics and giving my two cents on things.

I do not mince words or censor them to make a topic more palatable -- if I'm talking about a person who was convicted of rape, I'm going to use the words rape. Not sexual assault (unless the specifics were not specified in the source material as is often the case), not "grape", not SA'd, etc. I believe the censoring and sanitization of terms like this only diminishes the seriousness of the crime and the trauma of the victim. The word rape should make you feel uncomfortable. It's called having a conscience. 

I do not sugarcoat things; I describe them exactly as they are. I follow basic truth and facts in a world that prefers to twist meanings and change definitions to suit their desires. If that offends you, you probably won't like my content. If you are in general a sensitive or easily offended person, you also won't like my content. No hard feelings if you block me. That's what it's for.

I am a Christian, and lean to the right politically. I am not "MAGA" nor do I like Trump. I am a science nerd who is pro-life, with exceptions (if you actually want to know I have a whole blog about it: 11. The Scientific Argument Against Abortion - Dana Scully's Blog | SpaceHey). (EDIT: As of 11/2/2025, that blog has been temporarily set to "friends only" due to suspicion of an exploit being used to suspend certain users, particularly of the conservative variety.) If you have any questions about my stance on a specific political issue then feel free to ask (respectfully); I'm always willing to answer. I will not however entertain trolling, insults, ragebait or bad faith arguments. Don't start a debate if you can't handle not being able to defend your view. Healthy debate and discussion is the only way forward.
