Note that I'm not MAGA or right-wing; this comes from a non-quadrant individual.
Western Socialism is an anti-praxis; it will never work in practice, it's a delusional theory of escapism from the final stages of capitalism. But to begin, what is Western socialism? Well, Western Socialism is a neo-Marxist theory, a "new branch" per se of classical Marxism; this new adoption of Marxism is more of a utopian ideal of campaigning socialists, the middle class acting as the proletariat of this world, a hypocritical ideal based on revisionism and emotional politics. Palestine, ICE, Transgenderism and LGBTQ+ issues are all emotion-driven, a lack of praxis dominating them. But aside from these ideas, Western Socialism is in itself a hypocritical idea, given how it acts in the same way the New Right is; hating with the same hate, rioting for a cause of no avail, deluding themselves into a pit of political nihilism, both the Western Socialists and the New Right are the same, different objectives yet same tactics.
Now, how can such a theory be anti-praxis? Well, it all revolves around Capitalism and how Western Socialists do not give an alternative; they do not show any alternative, instead, they only mourn the negatives and consume their ideas with further nihilism and pessimistic outlooks towards their world. They are part of the Capital, whilst they never give an alternative towards capitalism and still chant their anti-capitalist stances, many hold capitalistic ideas. Die Linke, Sumar, the dysfunctional and collapsing British Left, all never propose a proper alternative; they just further weaken neoliberal economics, more welfare, more taxes to corporates and nationalisation of corporations, this isn't socialism, this is state capitalism, to even market socialist, capitalism still remains, it doesn't go away.
Therefore, is it really a left-wing ideal? Just an ochlocratic movement of the bourgeoisie acting like the proletariat of the world? Is it just the youth pushing themselves into an abyss of nihilist politics since their utopianist world is crushed by the actions of the government? Their praxis is based on a utopianist, impossible and dysfunctional theory failing to address the needs against capitalism by making it into a new indentity.

I think what you have here is genius, broh.
I think it all stems from the very birth of socialism. Marxian literature essentially only ever provided the problem. In that vein it could be said that Marxism does not truly exist. It is one of those unique words that exist only because human expression permits it to. The core tenets of socialist thought are also remarkably anti-praxis, most notably class egoism, which essentially postulates that the so-called working class must overthrow the opressors, in reality just whoever a regional strain of socialism declares to be at fault for all of the societal ills. This, in and of itself, is an entirely emotional thesis disregarding praxis as a concern for the future. As historical precedent has shown, the time whereupon praxis is necessitated in the proletarian revolution is met exclusively with measures aimed fully at correcting contemporaneous issues. There is no long-run plan. Socialism is essentially more reactionary than reactionaries ever were.
