Gluten-free backing/cooking advice

So my partner needs to go gluten-free for some health reasons and since then I've noticed just how expensive gluten-free products can be so I'm looking to start making a lot of things by scratch not only because it's expensive to buy gluten-free food and because a lot of the time it's just not the best.

My partner isn't celiac so while it's technically not required for them to go gluten free but it would help them out in the long run if they did and I want to be able to help them out in the long run as long as save as much money as humanly possible. I have background in making bread from scratch but I've never made gluten-free bread and would love to be able to learn how to make that and so many other things.

I'm mostly just looking for tips, tricks, and possibly even recipes if anyone has any. I'm not even just looking for bread; things like pasta, muffins, desserts, etc. (along with many different kinds of breads like rolls, buns, croissants, etc). I'm wanting to make this an easy transition so we don't have to go through spending a bunch of money on food that my partner isn't going to like for the taste or texture of it.

Anything would be great and appreciate
