ahhh I'm in a band

I'm just really excited and need somewhere to rant about it. Basically my friend and I are starting a band (I sing and write lyrics and he plays guitar) and this has been a dream of mine for a long time. i don't rlly expect it to go anywhere but it's a fun little hobby. He's encouraging me 2 get better at singing bcuz I'm pretty self conscious about it and I used to sing like meekly but like I sing better now (according to him, but idk) and also with my lyrics (I may or may not have entire lore planned for our first album). Plus my parents r supportive about it and drive me 2 rehearsals every Thursday and sometimes other days when we're free. We're starting off with covers while we work on writing our own songs and ahhh I'm so exited I freaking love music
