Question

So idk why but I sometimes twitch randomly with my head and my head mostly jerks to the right and one of my shoulders lifts and take sudden inhales

Idk is this is a sign of something bad or something that isn’t that big of a deal

This has been going on roughly since late 2024 but I honestly can remember as my memory is absolute shit

If someone can confirm it isn’t anything to be worried about I would heavily appreciate that

Also another thing is that it doesn’t happen a lot 

I can go a day without it happening or a few days or few weeks or months without it happening but then it just suddenly happens
