Birthday month

September was great overall for me. On my thirty-eighth birthday I had a great day. The first part of the day was relaxing. I appreciated the gifts from my mom and oldest sister. I liked everything which included a glittery gold notebook and starbucks gift card. I will be writing inside my new journal soon. I loved the balloons as well. I thought a simple multi colored flower cake design was good. Although I requested this time for a confetti cake. It was instead a vanilla cake. I still liked the cake despite that. Someone inside the bakery didn't get that particular detail correctly. Once again the cake was ordered from publix supermarket. I've had many great birthday cakes in the past from other bakeries and publix. I also had vanilla ice cream. Earlier that day I went to starbucks for a large mango dragon fruit refresher. It was free since I had the app on my phone. It was due to it being my birthday. Otherwise I would have to earn points for a free drink in that instance. I went along with my mom, sisters and nephew at the time. I also gotten a slice of pumpkin loaf bread while at starbucks. I wasn't planning anything extravagant as a large party. Maybe one day that will be planned. Then again smaller celebration settings kind of suits me. At this point I can say that. I am grateful for each year for my birthday. To me it's a big deal every single year. Looking back from years ago I didn't imagine how my life would be in my late thirties. I could recall not thinking of it much in my teenage years. I knew improvement was as important as time went on. I meant in terms of my desired career and life in general. I will always be a writer and have been for the past twenty four years. Although I had envisioned something quite different from the current life of mine. And to certain possibilities I hope it happens one day. And if it doesn't happen accordingly I believe things will still be okay for me. Life is definitely not a fairytale. I understand everyone is different when it comes to things in life. I wanted to reflect on that aspect for a bit. I also appreciate my family who wished me a happy birthday. My brother also called to say happy birthday.  He has been doing okay. I will now mention what happened later in the day on September seventeenth. For my birthday to be specific. We had gotten dinner at panda express. I thought it was an okay location. It was a pick up order. I had grilled teriyaki chicken with fried rice. I thought it was a good dinner. I had a strawberry clearly Canadian seltzer water to drink. It didn't make sense to buy a drink if there were drinks at home. That's how I see it for that matter. For the second week of September I had to get a usb printer cable cord. My printer wasn't working with the internet connection. I tried several attempts and it still wasn't working properly. I could have gotten the usb printer cable long ago. It made it very simple to print now. I went to walmart to purchase the cable along with more printing paper. I recently bought printer ink which is good. On September twenty eighth we celebrated my nephew's twelfth birthday. Time has gone by quickly. I remember him as a baby and a toddler. I went along with my mom and sisters to pick up his birthday cake at publix supermarket. It was a red and black cake. It reminded me of halloween a little with the cake decor colors. I actually liked the design of it. He went to get a few items from five below for his birthday. Then he went to get dinner at raising canes. It was a great celebration. My nephew also got a pet kitten for his birthday. An adorable orange cat from Georgia. My mom and her friend got it for him while there. My oldest sister wanted to surprise him with it. I thought it was great. A week ago we received a phone call from my brother. He mentioned to have been doing okay which is good to hear. Yesterday afternoon I did laundry and was thankful it didn't rain much outside. I say that due to walking upstairs while carrying laundry. For today I plan to have a relaxing day. It's currently three pm in afternoon time in my area. I will be getting a few errands done as well. For the month of September I hope everyone is doing okay. It's the last day of the month. I hope next month will be okay for everyone as well. It's best to think positively about things. Peace until next time.
