i need you all to help me on this. (CRIME CASE)

Ok so I WAS friends with this girl named rae, she spread a bunch of rumors saying i forced myself on her, (which i mean this from the bottom of my heart i did not, ive been through the SAME thing) and before this we went into this abandoned house that caught on fire back in august and ALOT of clothes and jewelry was left behind?? i was pressured into doing this and she took a lot of clothes and other stuff.

but i was pulled out of my art class and i was pulled into a room with Mr. Ard (my vice princpal) and a police officer, at at first i thought this was about JUST me and rae and the rumors, so i told him about that, but i also told them about us going in the house, so after i told the police, the police said they would tell the owners of the stuff and if they wanted to press charges, AND if they did want to press charges either just me, just rae, or BOTH of us will go to a detention center. i was told i may not tell anyone else about this, but im to nervous. 

SO YALL PLEASE HELP IF ANY OF YALL KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LAW I REALLY NEED HELP :(
