Dungeons & Dragons... In The 🇵🇭

I want to play D&D sooo bad in my country, but it feels like it’s more played in Manila than on provinces. Fck— don’t even get me started on my classmates, I don’t even if they know other board games than chess & dama. Do you guys have any ideas on how to join on an irl campaign here in the Philpphines specifically in Laguna, also, how do you guys create/buy ur tools & materials 4 the game? And any tips on the game itself? Thanks in advance
