Disclaimer: These are my opinions and views on this situation. Of course this all has to play out in a court of law where someone (not particularly David) is presumed guilty.
Honestly I think D4vd did it. Either he did it or he hired someone to plan it out.
All the evidence/things that have happened I've collected (both from police and online)
-Cancelled his North American tour dates including September 19th in San Fransico and September 20th in Los Angeles.
-Decomposed body found in a Tesla that belonged to him. The car was put into a tow yard after being abandoned in the Hollywood Hills. Body was found on September 8th, 2025.
-Body was revealed to be 15 year old Celeste Rivas who went missing in April 2024. Her body was found wrapped in a plastic bag in the front truck of the Tesla. The body was also already attracting flies before it was discovered. Celeste was around 5'2 with wavy black hair and a tattoo that says "Shhh.." on her right index finger which is also what the D4vd has tattooed. She was about 70-120 pounds (according to different sources). Her cause of death is still unknown.
-D4vds legal name is David Anthony Burke (might refer to his as David throughout this btw)
-Celeste was last seen near Lake Elsinore in California. She was seen wearing gray pants, a black sweater, a hat, and Hello Kitty sandals
-Celeste's birthday is September 7th.
-Authorties executed a search warrant at his house and came out with a computer as well as other evidence bags. So far from what we've heard David has been cooperating with the police.
-He has broken off a $20,000 lease on a property he was renting.
-Celeste's mom said she was suspicious of the remains found in the car because Celeste's boyfriends name was David. Her mom also reported she's been missing for over a year.
-David has been linked with Celeste ever since the discovery of the body. There are alleged pieces of evidence are from his Discord server, private Instagram stories, and the matching tattoo.
-Currently his song "Romantic Homicide" has been climbing charts ever since the news came out.
-He has an alleged unreleased song named "Celeste_Demo". This was leaked from David's SoundCloud account after someone hacked into it.
-A resurfaced interview has came out where he talks about his "alter ego" that murders people.
-David had some interesting lyrics in his "Rehab" music video/song which was released on Celeste's 13th birthday. In the music video his alter ego cuts off the arm of a brunette woman while the lyrics say "It's too much for me to handle, handle / White rose petals, broken hearts, and bloody sandals / Bodies stacked up on another / Good undercover / Too bad for each other now"
-Romantic Homicide was also released on Celeste's birthday. The song is about thinking of killing a woman and not regretting it. The lyrics go "In the back of my mind I killed you / And I didn't even regret it / I can't believe I said it / But it's true, I hate you"
-According to Discord, David knew Celeste when she was about 11 years old. Some people say that she might have been 10 and they met earlier.
-People pointed out David's reposts on TikTok which mainly included videos that hinted about violence against a partner.
-Member's in David's Discord say him and Celeste were in a relationship.
-One Twitter user says "Last year someone mentioned her name in the Discord server and it became their last message, implying that they got banned by D4vd or someone". The Discord message says "Drop the one with the missing girl Celeste Rivas Hernandez".
-On Reddit a user reports that Celeste's friends were bribed by David to keep their mouth shut about their relationship. The Reddit comment states "This guy is a pedophile from what I've heard. My sister who is now in 9th grade told me that he was dating a 8th grader (lets call her C) and she would go on trips with him to LA. They're all in 9th grade now and it turns out C's friends knew and he (David) would pay them to keep their mouth shut. C has been missing for over a month now and no one knows her whereabouts. -David's Discord and Twitch admin(s) say they did not know that Celeste was a missing 15 year old.
-David was caught active on Fortnite while the investigation is still active. This made many people upset.
-A resurfaced livestream allegedly calling out David as a pedophile. The clip goes as this "I media trained you, that's controversial" to which Celeste asks if raping kids is controversial. To this David responds "Bye guys. Mwah Mwah. Delete everything, delete delete everything. Everything goes".
-An alleged unreleased song by David has the lyrics "Nobody ever caught me but I've spoken too soon / In the back of a police car I forgot everything I knew / I ain't telling nothing / Do the same if they ask you about HER".
-The lyrics of another alleged unreleased song by David has lyrics about a possible murder. He ended up performing this at a concert in 2023. The lyrics go "I got time to kill / You got time to feel / We got blood to spill / All over the new car seats that I'm sleeping on"
-A music video titled "One More Dance" which premiered in February 2025 has gained attention for how creepy it is. The video opens with a camcorder style footage before switching over to a scene where David is blindfolded, wearing a blood stained shirt, as he drags what appears to be a dead body across the ground.
-Apparent rumors that maybe Celeste was pregnant.
-David and Celeste's relationship allegedly began on Fortnite and Discord. Reports say that they met in 2019 on Fortnite when Celeste was just about 10 years old and David was 15. He then allegedly invited her to his Discord where their interactions grew over the years. It's important to note that before David was a singer he was a Fortnite gamer where he often held livestreams.
-The claims that infant remains were found near David's house in untrue. It has not been determined/revealed if Celeste was pregnant or not however.
-Screenshots from 2023 shows that David liked watching gore and violent videos.
-People noticed that the girl in the "Romantic Homicide" video seemed to resemble Celeste.
-One of David's leaked tracks have the lyrics "Oh Celeste, the girl with my name tattooed on her chest, smell her on my clothes like cigarettes".
-Concerts across Europe for David has also been cancelled.
-David's Tesla was ticketed 11 days before Celeste's body was found.
-According to TMZ the last known siting of Celeste prior to her disappearance has been uncovered. TMZ attained the 78 second footage of Celeste from a California liquor store called Dellago Spirits. The footage dated on March 19th, 2024 that began around 7 am with Celeste in what appears to be a black hoodie and white pants jogging down the street. A separate angle shows her alternating between running and walking before she is out of the frame. According to what TMZ also said the owner of the store claimed that Hernandez's sister came in the same day and asked to look at the surveillance footage to see if Celeste had run away. The owner of the store says that he gave the footage to her family in hopes of that it would assist them with finding her.
-The latest suspected sighting of Celeste prior to what is above was at a D4vd show in Maryland. Video showed a female figure who seemed to resemble Celeste
