Why does school ruin art for me?

Art is a subject thats supossed to be done with your hands just like P.E

but yet we have tests which makes us learn 280 terms with the definition?!

Im not saying we don't do anything witth our hands but the second i choose to be Actually creative, it's not allowed bc it doesnt follow the criteria?!!!

Not just art because tell me why they make students a year higher than me learn FRICKING P.E OUT OF A BOOK THATS STUPID
