Cats have been stealing hearts for centuries—from ancient temples in Egypt to today’s endless internet memes. Cats don’t need you 24/7, yet they’ll curl up on your lap, purr softly, or give you that slow-blink “I love you.” Once you catch on, you’ll realize they’re great at expressing themselves. Every cat has its own personality: playful, shy, adventurous, or the classic midnight sprinter. Their quirks are what keep life fun. No daily walks, minimal grooming, and lots of entertainment—cats are low-maintenance but never boring.
Cats aren’t just pets—they’re tiny companions with big personalities, but they are also masters of weird language, meows, purrs, tail flicks—cats have a whole secret code. Sometimes it means “feed me,” other times “don’t touch me, peasant.” They’re chaotic little roommates who make us laugh, melt our hearts, and occasionally knock stuff off shelves just to remind us who’s in charge. Whether you’re laughing at their zoomies or melting at their purrs, one thing’s for sure: life is better with a cat.

FOR REAL!!!! I love analyzing cat behaviors so so much. My own cat can be such a snuggle-butt at times, but shes also wary around new people. To the unacquainted, she may seem rude or like an ungrateful jerk, but she's genuinely so SO sweet. I love getting to know different cats and their personalities. Ruby's the first I've raised as my own, and her and I have such an understanding bond uuRUgh I love her ;_;
