Before I give my take on what I really believe, I just want to make a few things clear in the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. What happened to Charlie Kirk was completely unjustifiable. No one should have to worry about being murdered for their political beliefs. This was an act of murder, and it is completely inexcusable. I strongly condemn the shooter for what he did to Charlie Kirk.
That said, Iโm not going to pretend that Charlie Kirk was just another innocent victim of all this political violence in America. The reason why is because he was also part of the problem while he still lived. For those of you who donโt know anything about Charlie Kirk, he is the founder of an American right-wing political organization known as Turning Point Action. Turning Point Action is known to have sponsored the perpetrators of the Capitol Hill Putsch that took place on January 6, 2021. That means Charlie Kirk contributed to the normalization of political violence in America.
You donโt get to fuel the problem and expect not to be harmed by the same problem yourself. The perpetrators of the Capitol Hill Putsch were murderers. Charlie Kirk sponsored them through his political organization and advocated for them to be pardoned for their crimes. That makes him guilty of being an accessory to politically motivated murders himself. Charlie Kirk doesnโt deserve to be remembered as a martyr for his cause. He was a piece of trash human being, plain and simple, and I can prove that through this news article.

*taps this sign* REMINDER CHARLIE KIRK DID PLAY A ROLE IN THE ESCALATION OF POLITICAL VIOLENCE AND POLITICALLY MOTIVATED MURDERS!! JUST BECAUSE HE NEVER KILLED OR HURT ANYONE WITH HIS OWN TWO HANDS DIRECTLY DOESNT MEAN HE DIDNT ENCOURAGE AND THEREIN CAUSE SERIOUS HARM AND DAMAGE!!!
before anyone comes for my throat, I want to say I do not condone his death or for anyone to be killed regardless of how I emotionally react to things, killing someone is wrong, and you should always avoid doing so. I just feel like people have been downplaying the harm he caused in the wake of his death, its okay to discuss the harm he's caused in it true disgusting glory, its discussing things he FACTUALLY DID not speaking ill of the dead.
This. This is exactly what people need to understand. Highlighting the damage he caused is not spitting on his grave. Too many political commentators out there are now trying to whitewash Charlie Kirk by making him out to be a martyred victim of the Left that he never was when the truth is that he was destroyed by the same monster that he helped create today.
