What was the last movie you saw in theaters?

omg it's been foreverrr. I believe it was Ponyo which my theater was replaying in September. It’s honestly ridiculous though, it costs like 35 bucks for 2 people to see a movie and that's just the tickets.

If you dropped food on the floor, is there a safe period to pick it back up? If yes, how long?

Depends on the food and where I dropped it lol.

Have you ever been in a parade?

I've never been IN a parade but I've seen the mermaid parade in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

If you have one, what is your favorite Pokémon and more importantly, why?

I never played or watched Pokémon but my favorite is wobbuffet because his name sounds so funny. 

If you play, who do you play as in super smash bros?

I don't play super smash bros but when I play Mario Kart I'm always Link. And during super Mario party jamboree I'm Rosalina :)

What is the oldest thing you own?

My great grandmother's brass candlesticks from the early 1900’s.

What are your top 5 films?

My favorite film of all time is The Perks of Being a Wallflower. And then in no particular order is Lord of the Rings, Stepmom, Chasing Mavericks, and Ratatouille.

What is your favorite album?

I have too many. These are a few since narrowing it down will never happen. Tango in The Night by Fleetwood Mac. Hozier by Hozier. Tapestry by Carole King. The Fame by Lady Gaga. So Tonight that I Might See by Mazzy Star. Static and Silence by the Sundays. Cigarettes after Sex by Cigarettes after Sex. Oncle Jazz by Men I trust. Hit Me Hard and Soft by Billie Eilish.

Who is your favorite artist? (not music)

He’s one of, if not the most famous artist in the world but I've always loved Van Gogh. Not just his artwork but his life, his story, it’s always resonated very deeply with me. I also love Edvard Munch's work.

Is there something interesting about where you’re from?

People here are the kindest rude people you'll ever meet. 

What is your favorite holiday?

My favorite ‘regular’ holiday is Halloween! I just love everything about it. My favorite religious holiday is Rosh Hashanah. I just have so many really amazing memories associated with this holiday, also I get all my favorite foods. 

What was the ‘incident’ that happened at your school?

I went to a New York City public high school, I've seen it ALL. I watched a student jump onto a teacher's back and stab him in the shoulder with a pencil. We had numerous lockdowns and multiple school shootings threatened. I saw a girl literally rip another girl's hair out of her scalp. A pedophile teacher jerked off during a zoom call and accidentally turned his camera on in the middle of the act. And somehow I've barely scratched the surface.

Is there a genre of music that you can’t stand?

It’s such a stereotype but country. There are a few specific country songs I like but as a whole it's the genre I dislike the most. 

Do you think ghosts, aliens, cryptids etc. are real?

Aliens absolutely exist. Cryptids, I'm not so sure, I don’t know much about them. Ghosts I feel 50/50 about. I mean I'm a very science based person, and we have little to no proof they exist. But I do believe people can feel the presence of someone who's passed away.

What is something important to you that is irreplaceable?

My lists. I have lists for any and everything. And I'm terrified I'll lose my phone or something one day and lose all my neurotically crafted lists.

What is the coolest thing you’ve thrifted and/or received as a gift?

The coolest thing I've ever thrifted is this gorgeous vintage felt green dress. It was only $10 and my size. As for gifts, I think the greatest gift I've ever received is the Camera I got for my 16th birthday.

What is your favorite childhood TV show?

Strawberry Shortcake, My Little Pony, and Land Before Time.

Is there a childhood show that everyone thinks is creepy but you really like?

Courage the cowardly dog. That show creeps me out now more than as a kid.

What is your favorite way to have a cozy night in?

Gilmore girls and Chinese food.

what would be a meal that you would love to eat if you didn’t have to make it yourself?

Very simple but eggs. They taste good but cooking them gives me the ick when eating them. 

Do you ever think about what happens when you die?

I used to a lot when I was little. I had a lot of philosophical questions surrounding death, but now I don’t think about it because I believe there's nothing after death, no after life, no reincarnation, you're just dead and that's it.

Have you ever had a close encounter with death?

Is this an inappropriate time to make a joke about when I tried to kill myself in middle school...probably.

What is a food that sounds gross but you swear by?

Pretzels with cream cheese!! Growing up lower class teaches you things, lol.

What is the weirdest tourist attraction you’ve ever been to?

Even though I'm from New York I've barely been to any of the tourist attractions, and I don’t get to travel much. I guess I'd say time square is the weirdest one though. I saw a man take a dump in the street there once.

What is the lamest tourist attraction you’ve been to?

Also time square, very overrated in my opinion. 

If you could be friends with a celebrity, who would it be?

Ooooo Billie Eilish.

What is your favorite clothing item you own? 

This one blue flannel I've had for years, its so cozy and the perfect fall fit.

What's a conspiracy theory you believe? 

I don’t really believe in conspiracy theories. At least I try not to get too wrapped up in them anyhow. But the whole Trump getting shot at that rally last year has def peeked my curiosity.

Finally, what made you happy today?

I got to sleep in super late. It was the first good night's sleep I've had in weeks.
