Anxiety

It go so bad to the point I didn't go to college, the autism was probably related too, so I got to kinda get retired, because of how scary the outside world is and how school already messed up with my mental health.

Therapist is very sweet, last session was about depression, she helped me quite a lot already with my doubts, since it's a spectrum, I can't possibly know everything that makes me the way I am, but with her help, I can figure things out along the way more about me.
