The New Moon

Blessed be fellow witches and practitioners of any craft! Coming up soon is the New Moon! I did a blog on the full moon so I thought I would do the new moon too!! 

The new moon is a time of growth and positive renewals of energies. It is when the moon is gone from sight as the sun and moon combine their energies together. It is a great time for masculine and feminine energies to combine. It is also a time for cleansing or healing rituals! 

It is a great time to meditate and to do a ritual of writing intentions for the coming month or year depending what you want to focus on. Write intentions in first person on paper and fold it towards you to bring in what yo uwant. Then burn it with a black (white if you dont have black) candle! Or even have a bonfire with your coven or friends or family and all burn your intention papers together!
