Why is it that right now AI is impossible to NOT use? For some reason companies are finding new ways to force people into using AI. Algorithms in general are invasive but the fact that you can't search anything on google without an AI overview is just sickening, everywhere you go there are ADs for Ai generated content and don't get me started on the AI generated videos. Some of them are so real you can barley tell the difference between what's real and what's not. How can you avoid this when you basically need technology to exist in this world? This on top of the online safety act is making the internet invasive and forced. Are there any tips on how to get away from this? I can't bring myself to agree with the greed of these corporations and the government leeching off our information and poisoning the earth.

i stopped using YouTube (not entirely; i rarely use it once in a while; but since i used it more to listen to music, it didn't make much of a difference to me), I put an extension on my browser to remove the AI (i will only remove it when Google gives you permission to disable it), and most of the social networks I use are less popular than most people use (reddit, tumblr, spacehey, pinterest, etc etc)
also if you want you can learn CSS and java and make a website on neocities to publish your stuff (art, music, blogs, etc)
