procrastinating!!

i have so much i have to study but i literally just .... dont wanna do it LOOOOOL im so cooked.

like literally all i wanna do is just scroll on instagram endlessly because its easier and it helps me cover up my stress and anxiety.

how tf do i force myself to do stuff i actually wanna do </33333

Easiest solution is delete instagram

But actually thing that helped me is making list of things you need to do. Although deleting distractive apps sometimes helps the most.
