I know we probably won't. I still have creators I watch on there (meat canyon, penguinz0, Markiplier, ect) I really don't wanna use YouTube just in general, all the ads and stuff but I wanna see content from these people. I made a vidlii and will post there and probably not on yt but like I said there's still YouTubers to watch on yt unless we all moved to vidlii which is very unlikely lol. Thoughts?

I probably will for a while, until I hear anything about them possibly reversing this decision. YouTube is all I've been on for a long while, so this'll give me time to watch shows and movies I've been meaning to watch. I just started RuPaul's Drag Race, so I'll be occupied at least. I can always catch up on the videos I've missed.
Also love Papa Meat!

Just heard people talking about it. Idk if you're seeing what I'm seeing but look up what is going on with yt id verification stuff (comment under this I also explain)

i'm not online very often, why are people boycotting youtube?
Basically they want your information like your ID if their ai thinks you're under 18, no matter how old your channel is and stuff (this AI is very bad at detecting and already striked people who are clearly above 25). They keep it for up to 2 years and people are worried about data breaches and stuff and the government wants to track ids to see if you have committed any crimes and arresting people but I think thats just in the UK for now. This is an infringement of our 1st and 5th amendment rights
