Balkanizing the USA will only be the the first step.

I have said repeatedly that balkanizing the United States is the only way forward because the world cannot trust the current Government. Even when Trump goes away and the Democrats take back power, the whole world knows that there will always be a chance another Trump will take back power in the future, even though the MAGA is now collapsing thanks to the Epstein files. So as far as I'm concerned, the United States needs to cease to exist and we need to balkanize into smaller nations a la the Soviet Union. The US Government is completely untenable anyway and we need to start all over. However, that is only the first step. As Ward Churchill mentioned that even if these new nations that rise from the ashes from the former United States eliminate all the bad things that led to the US' downfall such as racism, sexism, homophobia, oligarchy, ableism, ageism, militarism, corporatism, oligarchy and all that other shit, unless these new nations also eliminate colonialism and they acknowledge whose land this really is and arrive at an accommodation of their rights and entitlements as human beings to restore their dignity and self-determination, then these new nations will still be colonialist and we will make the same mistakes as before as colonialism is the root of all the evils the United States has built itself on. But, even the modern progressive movement does not address colonialism. Even people like Bernie Sanders, AOC, Zohran Memdani and others like them do not even bring up indigenous peoples. That's the colonialist mentality that needs to be completely destroyed. We cannot create a better world without addressing the evils of colonialism and acknowledge that this land is not our land and it never was.
