Clowning around

I think society's made everybody feel ugly, hideous even. It could go all the way back to colonialism from my home country with colourism, preferences towards different facial features from our colonizers, or just generally INSANE beauty standards. Clear skin, no hyperpigmentation whatsoever despite it being so common in POC, this SPECIFIC bust size, the space within your eyes, etc. 

Knowing this, I still feel ugly. Which is why, hehehe, my next few blogs will be clown makeup!! Why? Because Im going to force myself to look at myself in another way and feel good about it. Fun fact, my city is full of conservatives, red necks, and my premier is actively trying to push destructive ideas on things like beliefs, healthcare, trans youth, etc. but will I do it anyways? Yes, yes I will go to a Walmart with clown makeup. Why? Because being stared at judgementally from others is better than myself looking at the mirror with the same disgust. Hehehe stay tuned!! Should I try Trad goth too? If anybody sees this...tell me what makeup look I should do!!

I've never seen an ugly clown and I refuse to be a sad clown looking at the mirror. Pray I don't look like those serial killers dressed as clowns either and that my white base is smooth!!
