Yes. i do believe any man or woman who choses to put themselfs onto another either a minor or a person of age without consent should get the death penalty beacause they usually like to make up excuses of why they did it. “She/He had an orgsm so it should be fine!” no it is the natural reaction to intercourse it is apart of there body that they cannot pick and choose. “She was asking for it” and you are asking to be put down or get your penis cut off, If someone on equal sides Both agrees And they are underage they cannot still Have intimacy with the other person (Younger and older sorry for not an explanation) person it still isnt legal even if it is consensual, i mean in some cases. There is disorders that take place, Mpd were they could be very easily Convinced that they didnt do it (there orginal personality didnt) someone else did (the 2 personality.) did it and they could be very convinced into the fact that they didnt deserve the time in jail another did. I think this is another version of a plea bargain for insanity.. I am unsure. but it still isnt A good reason for it to happen there is a thought process that goes behind the attacks that happen to men and women everywhere doesn’t matter the age or the religion or where they live attacks take thought process on what type of clothing are they wearing,Are the light enough to grab? to they look naive enough.. In some cases They take this further to something called a rape date. Were a man meets A women or a women meets up with a man. and they spike there drink or try and convince them into having what they call “a good time.”  There are many cases of Ways attackers find there victims. It could be in the home, between close friends and even from just a stranger. if you are ever being attacked go for the eyes neck and groin, bones can heal eyes cannot 

Death penalty for cannibals.

this i always have a hard time understanding the thoughts behind a cannibal. ive read countless books on there psychosis And the thought process but it never talks about what drives them to do it. Honestly if it is a very bad case of cannibalism they should be put to confinement in prison and live out there final days but either way i do not think they should get the Plea deal and Get minimum time. If they try playing The mental illness card that could be a possibility but honestly They still deserve to have time to themselves so they do not have to make others or themselves go threw the situation again so it varys on the Judge and the jury.

another Take on rapists

just for a disclaimer anyone can be a rapist or a pedophile but please do not go accusing people if you have zero proof or just doing it for the sake of attention these are Real things that happen to men and women. and for the love of god do not blame the victim. you have no idea the things that are going threw there mind right now.

sometimes its the fact that there friends are doing it.. And they feel that if they dont do it they could be More feminized and Bullied there is countless reasons why. (small tidbit coming from a book “why rapists rape” made in the 80’s there was only things on why women get raped when we obviously know men have been attacked as well)

The most common thing i hear is “They were asking for it” “what were they wearing” and i dislike the what were they wearing standpoint beacause it doesnt matter on the clothing i mean it does but it really relies down onto the self control of the man and or woman if you cannot be comfortable in your own clothing without feeling uncomfortable that is a sign that maybe they dont have the best self control and you know that inside.
