I made a post yesterday on Tumblr about Arthur's age but someone reminded me about Britannia and some parts of the manga that I had forgotten about (THANK YOU DEAR STRANGER) so I was completely wrong and I deleted the post, because Arthur isn't born in 450 AD at the beginning of the Anglo-Saxon period — even though it is, logically, the period when Arthur began his work as a country.

That leaves us two possible periods when Arthur could have been born: the arrival of Celtic Britons and the conquest of England by the Romans.

Except that the Celtic Britons arrived between 1500 and 1000 BC and if Arthur was born between these dates, then he would be older than Francis who was born in 600 BC. So this is impossible.

This means that Arthur was born during the Roman conquest of England in 43 AD, where England became part of the Roman Empire — and Britannia was certainly the personification of this era and the one before, because the theory that she was killed by Rome is not confirmed and in the manga I found nothing about her. So we can conclude that Arthur was born in 43 AD.

So after a recalculation, Arthur is 1982 years old in 2025.
