Courtney Loves birthday!

Today is July 9th and that means vocalist and rhythm guitarist Courtney Love turns 61!!

She has definitely grown not just as an artist but as a person, dealing with eche of loosing Kurt Cobain, vocalist and guitarist of Nirvana and Kristen Pfaff, the bassist of Hole.

Shes also grown in her music, changing from a “punk rock” album (Pretty On The Inside), to a “alternative female grunge” album (Live Through This), then to a “pop rock” with Holes most popular album (Celebrity Skin), then Holes most recent album being made in 2010 is still really good and is kinda underrated… (Nobody’s Daughter)!

Let’s not forget that Courtney Love is also an AMAZING actress, winning the “Best Supporting Actress Role” in 1997, given to her by Satellite Awards. Personally, my favorite movie that she’s been in was “Trapped” (2002), and for her early days in acting “Sid and Nancy” (1986).
