crazy girl

this girl keeps following me, I don't know what to do anymore, she keeps telling people we are dating and getting into fights with my friends, I'm pretty sure she thinks we are dating. I don't know where she got that tho I try to avoid her. She hasn't done anything too crazy and I'm pretty sure she is crazy. I don't know if I should block her or what to do, tbh she scares me a little
