World War III Is what I call the war in the Middle East It is retaliation to much terrorism But what is it called when we do the same? We've killed many innocent people Just as they did to us Since when do two wrongs make a right NEVER For as long as I remember Then for us to do such wrong and invade another country What has been accomplished Nothing at all We ran Sadaam away and took his oil Yet our people still see inflation And we gain nothing from it We deserve more For all of our lost It is not fair to us They're fighting WWIII And we're fighting the economy If their battle doesn't end Ours won't end This nation is about to self-destruct What can we do about it WWIII

Wars will only end when all men refuse to bear arms. As I see it if you bear arms and kill someone you have to live with that on your conscience which I,for one,would not be prepared to do. I would refuse to obey the draft (although I would be prepared to serve my country in a non combatant role). The worst thing that could happen (and even that’s unlikely) is that you spend the war in prison but the way I look at it is that either way you are taken into captivity but by refusing to go in the armed forces and going to prison instead you at least achieve a less severe captivity. Of course,for me,this is hypothetical anyway because,although I am American, I live in the UK which places me beyond the reach of the draft and also because I am only 14 which makes me too young for the draft anyway. But I absolutely do think that the way to end wars is for all men of all nations to stand together and say WE WILL NOT FIGHT.
