Take it from someone who has used it since 2018 up until recently, Discord is not a good platform to be on. Especially for children but it ain't even good for adults neither. Place is crawling with groomers, weirdos, wannabe internet gangsters, doxxers, the list goes on and on ranging from heavily cringe at best and life ruining at worst.
I had to put it down because the realization hit me that almost every friend I made on there as of late had fit into one of those categories, and the communities I joined had their fair share of people in those categories. There was once a time where it was a decent platform, but as they started getting that "Back alley behind your local Denny's at 2 AM" reputation, more of those types of folks flocked to it.
Anyway, internet safety is important as previously stated, please keep that in mind.
They need to teach yall internet safety. Something people on here lack severely. Yall shouldn't just be giving any type of information out willy-nilly.
