Blogging is just poetry but in a linear format

Blogging is simply a chore upon my list of meetings, in my heart it means nothing more. Writing posts in rondo form, I just wish I knew something more.

Might as well quote it, because I wrote it. This blog is about poems, all the poems I have written and all the ones upcoming, that hopefully will be a slight improvement upon what I have previously done. Usually I create a sketch of rhyme first, whether it be something long and technical or short and sweet, I can then impose my ideas and thoughts upon a simple scheme of rhymes and create a larger, more important work. A floor exists beneath a ceiling, but realistically if you live in a condo you probably have a floor above a ceiling, so nomenclatures and concepts like this are probably beneath you or above you, depending upon how you give it perspective. 

Like a glove conceals a ring, often kind words are just of greater schemes. 

Yet, I love the feeling that it brings. cannot I have both, sober realism and absurdist dreams?

Bring, rings, schemes and dreams. Basic and simple yet made to portray the unending want to the ultimate idealist, the poet. Sprinkle in a bit of simile and a dash of popular vernacular and there you have yourself a poem!
