i need help finding alt clothes

im new to emo subculture and follow alternative attributes, and i understand very well that "emo" is against fast fashion very much. I live in a country where no alt stores like hot topic or maybe claires or whatever they DO have in other countries, exist.

 ive been to thrifts an they have nothing good (ive tried to DIY, but i dont have time for that, and when i do, i dont find anything im able to upcycle.) The issue with thrifts are that i see shein and temu clothes at the thrift. They rip off the tags, or keep them on even and sell them at even higher price than shein or temu does. my parents do not want to buy things online from what ive heard (depop, e-bay, whatever other places that exist online i think? i dunno)... because shipping costs a lot. (they tell me i can pay for it, but where the actual fuck do i get money besides form my allowance every month? which, i dont even get every month.)

me and my sister both are alternative, and she suggests for the time being that i am still a child and cannot really afford buying or DIY'ing, that i buy off shein. I have orders in for accesories that she ordered with my money (because she is an adult and has money and a bank account) , though i am aware and dont really like the idea of actually supporting shein.

i wanna ask help because im tired of people being on my ass for buying on shein without accepting my reason for it. i dont buy clothes and mostly accessories of which i keep and repair until it cannot be repaired anymore. i dont know if that justifies buying off shein in any way which i think doesnt anyway.

also, for most people, they really just keep saying DIY DIY DIY DIY but teh fuickin thing is that i cant BUYYY THE SHIT i need to DIYYYY the shit. Studs? god, man, they cost shit! paint? my parents wont let me dye or paint my clothes because they think imma mess it up. strict parents + wanting to do cool shit IS NOT = sunshine and rainbows
