Effective today, Elon Musk no longer has his spot in the Trump Admin.
Truely, a breath of relief for most people, who's brains aren't quite rotted yet. Elon announced his departure shortly after he'd criticized the Big Beautiful Bill, which has recently passed the House.
(Don't know what that is? Read it here.)
Thankfully, Musk's involvement in the government was never meant to be permanent. Even if it were, everyone still would have been just as sick of him as they are now.
So, what do you think this means for Musk? What campaign is he going to throw millions onto next? Let me know what you think!

Unfamiliar with Musk's role in the U.S. government? I'll brief you on it as well. He has his own government agency called D.O.G.E., or the Department of Government Efficiency, which was supposed to be between him & presidential-hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy. After being kicked from D.O.G.E. before day 1, Ramaswamy went back to Ohio with new dreams of becoming just as bad of a governor as Mike DeWine.
Anyway, Elon claimed to cut government spending by just cutting things that he deemed unnecessary, even if they did have purpose. He also spent a lot of the time that he could have been working, just shitposting on Twitter, or his "X." He poured millions of dollars into Trump's campaign, & would often talk over Trump, & act as a president himself. I almost feel bad for Trump, here. Almost. He very obviously had too much control over politics, especially for someone who was appointed, rather than elected.
TL;DR: He had his own agency, but ultimately had too much control over the presidency.
