You qualify if you:

How to Request Your Absentee Ballot

Apply online at vote.nyc

Or mail in an application (must be postmarked at least 10 days before the election)
How to Fill It Out and Return It

Follow instructions exactly to avoid disqualification

Use the inner ballot envelope, then seal it inside the outer envelope

Sign the back of the outer envelope
Deadline: Your absentee ballot must be postmarked by Election Day and received by the Board of Elections within 7 days.
