Why The Coachella Music Festival Event Is A Capitalism Atrocity: Classism, Fast Fashion Pollution, Cultural Appropration, NEPO Babies & Trust Fund Rich Kids

Coachella is a large music and arts festival held annually in Indio, California, known for its diverse lineup of artists, art installations, and fashion. While it's celebrated for its unique atmosphere and global appeal, it's also criticized for being expensive, overly focused on influencers and social media, and for the sometimes-unpleasant conditions like heat, crowds, and long lines.

PURE EVIL Why The Coachella Music Festival Event Is A Captialism Atrocity Files (DEEP-DIVE), Today I talk to you about, The UNSOLVED True Crime Case Daily Stories, About Coachella The Music Festival, I talk about, Artists such as, Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Iggy Pop, Megan Thee Stallion and Others have preformed here and social media influencers such as Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Paris Hilton, Jailyne Ojeda, Kylie Jenner, as well as other influencers such as Gabi DeMartino, a well-known online figure in online video youtube content creation, has frequently attended and documented her experiences at Coachella, Coachella's popularity stems from its unique blend of music, art, fashion, and a strong social media influencer presence, creating a highly sought-after experience. The festival's diverse lineup, featuring a mix of established and emerging artists, attracts a broad audience, according to the NPR. Additionally, its celebrity-studded atmosphere and the festival's role as a launchpad for trends in music, fashion, and social media culture contribute to its global appeal. Goldenvoice, the subsidiary of AEG Live that created and runs Coachella, has created a surefire mint with its festival. at one point the daily attendance averaged 125,000 and it notched $114 million in overall gross revenue. Festival season is in full swing, and this time of year brings concerts galore and Instagram feeds filled to the brim with selfies of influencers outfits and pictures of overpriced watermelon slices, Past the filtered posts and dozens of Snapchat stories of music acts is also a chance to reflect on the several issues this popular music festival brings, Coachella is, at its core, a profit capitalism driven commercial event, There are problematic factors many chose to overlook about the popular music festival, critics accuse the festival of morphing into a playground for capitalist pig influencers wealthy elite the enemy of the working class just like how John Lennon was cosplaying a poor hippie when he lived in a million dollar mansion when Elton John called him out about it, claiming it is no longer about enjoying the music, but about curating the perfect Instagram feed and showing off rich people's lifestyles. the videos of wealthy attendees flaunting their outrageously luxurious camping setups, which can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000. while 39% of the population in the Eastern Coachella Valley lives in poverty, Despite all the attention that concertgoers, music acts, and promoters have brought to the Coachella Valley, none of it has improved the lives of the Latino farmworkers who make the region run, Coachella's high ticket prices, focus on luxury and celebrity culture, and the broader economic disparity in the Coachella Valley contribute to a perception of classism

Cultural appropriation and disrespectful influencer crowd

In the Coachella Valley Unified School District, 99% of students are Latinos. All of our schools surround the festival grounds, and they're all Title 1 schools, the poorest of the poor schools, Residents live in substandard housing and work under the sun to fuel a multibillion-dollar agricultural industry They’re terrified of the Trump administration, TikTok videos showcasing luxury campsites that featured air-conditioning, outlets, and mini-fridges—together costing more than a year’s rent for most attendees—only fanned the flames of backlash and outrage and the owner of Coachella, Philip Anschutz, reportedly supports anti-LGBTQ+ groups. Cultural appropriation is common at the festival! Headdresses are sacred in Indigenous culture,  Coachella music festival contributes to this fast fashion pollution and massive environmental pollution, Coachella creates 106 tons of waste per day, and since the event spans six days per year, it generates 636 tons of waste in total. Popular fast fashion brands, such as PrettyLittleThing and H&M, sponsor influencers to attend Coachella, ETC!!!

I wonder where all the insane profits from this event actually go? If it's a first class event, it might be going back into their pockets anyway.
Why is the food terrible? These kids probably have enough money to take action and get better food. They might even have enough money to create their own startup business that could be serving the event that makes back their investments and then some. If they are too lazy, they could have at least brought their own food and drink. And yet, they still buy and eat the terrible food. I'm really worried for them now.
