UK Supreme Court on the definition of a woman

If you didnt know or arent in the UK, the supreme court has changed the legal definition of a womans gender to be biological (notice how there isnt one on men) istg this is all about controlling women, not "protecting" women

Campaign group For Women Scotland, a group JK Rowling advocates for and has donated £70,000 for this appeal

They celebrate as if this won't affect them too, because who actually KNOWS what their chromosomes are? soon it'll be you dont "look" enough like a woman or "act" enough like a woman and it'll affect them too, then they won't be celebrating

We have regressed so far with this court ruling and it happened on a random Wednesday.

"Specifically, they ruled that the definition of sex as used in the Equality Act 2010 is "binary" and decided by biology - a person who was not born as a biological female cannot obtain the legal protections the Act affords to women by changing their gender with a Gender Recognition Certificate." - the BBC
